If we could go back in time to see how our ancestors used nature to heal their body and mind, we could learn some amazing remedies.
Lots of people use herbs or ingredients for healing found in the forest. My friend Jaime can’t walk ten steps in the forest without pointing out a healing plant, herb or fungi. She’s a walking encyclopedia of natural treatments and healing agents found in a forest. We’ve all heard stories of shamans or medicine men or natural healers helping other people ease their pain with natural remedies from the forest.
